Online Ticket Delivery

For tickets and services purchased online via the DOIDEP website:

E-tickets will be sent to the registered email within 15 minutes after successful payment.

Tickets include a QR code for check-in at the resort.

Customers should check the spam/junk folder if the confirmation email is not received.

If tickets are not received after 30 minutes, please contact our support team.

Customers can purchase tickets directly at:

The ticket counter at the port to Tri Nguyên Island.

The front desk at DOIDEP Resort.

Authorized DOIDEP agents.

Tickets purchased directly will be issued at the time of payment. Please keep your tickets safe for presentation when required.

Upon arrival at the resort, customers must present:

E-ticket (on phone or printed) or paper ticket.

Valid identification (ID card or passport).

DOIDEP reserves the right to refuse service if:

The ticket is invalid or expired.

Information on the ticket does not match identification.

The ticket shows signs of forgery or alteration.

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate information when purchasing tickets and services.

Keeping tickets safe and not transferring them unless permitted.

Carefully reviewing booking details before confirming payment.

Arriving on time as scheduled or as indicated on the ticket.

DOIDEP is not responsible for issues arising from customers providing incorrect information or failing to comply with service terms.
