that prevent the event, service, or presentation from taking place as scheduled, DOIDEP will issue a Voucher Code equivalent to the ticket value for future use.

The voucher information will be sent to the customer's registered email address or phone number.

Issued voucher codes may be used for future purchases or replacement bookings according to the validity period specified by DOIDEP.

Customers are responsible for storing voucher information securely after receiving it.
