Early check-in surcharge: - Before 06:00 am: 100% of room rate including breakfast. - From 06:00 to 09:00: 50% of room rate excluding breakfast. - From 09:00 am to 12:00: 20% of room rate excluding breakfast. Late check-out surcharge: - After 13:00 to 17:00: 10% of room rate per hour. - After 17:00: 100% room rate.
